Since 2016, Country Cob Bakery has established itself as one of Australia’s premier bakeries, renowned for producing award-winning pies and exceptional vanilla slices. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship has earned us more than 450 medals and trophies across state and national competitions.

We are proud to have been named Australia’s Best Pie Maker by the Baking Association of Australia on five occasions—in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2023, and 2026—making Country Cob Bakery the first bakery in the history of the competition to achieve five championship titles.

Our success has been featured by leading media outlets including BBC Travel, 7NEWS, 9News, 10 News First, Sunrise, The Morning Show, Postcards, as well as numerous radio programs, magazines, newspapers, and online food publications.
