What areas are we delivering to?

We are now delivering our award winning pies to all Melbourne metro and some regional areas, Sydney Metro and Canberra CBD.

*Melbourne Regional areas include; Mornington Peninsular, Bengido, Ballarat, Geelong, Yarra Ranges, Gippsland, Bass Coast Shire, Macedon Ranges, Mount Alexander Shire & Hepburn Shire.

To ensure your order of these award-winning pies remain fresh, we highly recommend that you only nominate your home address as your delivery address and someone will be home during the delivery window. Otherwise, your work address might be a better option.


When will my order be delivered?

Orders received by 11:59pm on Wednesday will be expected same week delivery for Melbourne Metro area. There is limited run for Regional Areas.

For Sydney & Canberra, order received by 11:59pm will be expected Sunday & Monday delivery.

Our award-winning pies are delivered via Third-Party couriers depending on your locations.

You will be sent an order confirmation, payment receipt and dispatch details via email so you can follow the progress of your order online.

At this stage Sydney & Canberra will be delivered every Sunday & Monday


How will my pies be delivered?

Your pies will arrive in a foam box or cardboard in a refrigerated van for Melbourne & freezer van for Sydney & Canberra.

For Sydney & Canberra all pies will be delivered frozen, partially frozen & cold.


What happens if my delivery doesn’t arrive as expected?

Refund & Replacement policy.

Our couriers are responsible for the delivery of your pies and they guarantee delivery within their available networks. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of any problems or delays. We will track your delivery status and give you an update about your order. 

Your pies are freshly cooked & chilled or frozen  before leaving our premise, and ready to defrost to their original quality. Refund or replacement products will only be provided where evidence is available that the products received were not in a satisfactory condition. 

* No refund due to individual liking & taste

* No refund on Shipping Fee.

*It might take up to 5 business days for refund to be successfully made in to your bank account.


Where are these Award Winning Pies made?

All pies are made in our central kitchen in Dandenong South, Victoria.


Can I make changes to my order?

Once your online order has been submitted and paid, we are unable to cancel or amend it. Please choose carefully before completing your order.


What payment options are available?

A secure online payment system is available and payment must be made online at the time you place your order. You can use your Visa or MasterCard, Amex, Google pay & Apple pay for payment.


Is there a minimum order?

There will be a minimum order of $50.


How will I know when my order is sent?

We will notify you once the delivery dispatched.


How long can I keep my pies frozen?

Our award-winning pies are made fresh daily and they are best consumed within three months from production. We highly recommend that you place them in a complete sealed package/plastic bag to stay fresh for longer period. 


How long will my pies stay fresh after defrosting?

Our pies are still delicious for up to three days after defrosting if kept in a refrigerator.


How should I heat up my pie?

For best results, we recommend thawing your frozen pies in the fridge overnight for consumption the next day.

When ready to heat, place your defrosted pie on a clean tray lined with baking paper.

For Ovens:

  • Preheat to 180˚C.
  • Heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

Microwave:

We do not recommend microwave reheating as it won’t achieve the best result. However, if this is your only option, it is possible to reheat your award-winning pie in your microwave between 1 to 2 minutes. 

All our pies may contain trace of nut, seafood, egg, dairy and gluten.

All Gluten Free Pies are produced in the same kitchen with all other award winning pies.
